Terms of service

The rules for using valuebargainhub.com and buying from us, written as plainly as we can.

1. Who we are

valuebargainhub.com ("Value Bargain Hub", "we", "us") is operated by Price Right Products Corp, Shiloh, OH 44878. You can reach us at [email protected] or CS_PHONE_TBD. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. We sell to customers with a shipping address in the United States.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after charging you, we refund the full amount.

4. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Here is how we set and show them:

  • How prices are set. We set each price from our supplier cost plus a fixed margin, and keep it at that level every day. We do not raise prices in order to advertise a later discount.
  • "Our price" is the price you pay for the item before shipping and any sales tax.
  • List or compare-at prices. A product tag may show a "list price" and a "you save" amount only when we have a genuine reference price. Any list or compare-at price we show will state its source on the tag, for example "the manufacturer's suggested retail price" or "our regular selling price" with the dates it applied. If no verified reference price exists, the tag shows "Our price" only.
  • Multi-bottle packs. Supplement packs show the total pack price and the price per bottle. Pack pricing is one-time; it never starts a subscription.
  • Price changes. Prices can change, but the price shown in your cart when you place the order is the price you pay.
  • Errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and let you choose to buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment and billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card is charged once, for the total shown at checkout. We do not sell subscriptions or auto-ship plans. Charges appear on your statement as BILLING_DESCRIPTOR_TBD. Card details are handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection; we do not store your full card number.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times are explained in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive them. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return. You may cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Full details are in our Return and refund policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Product information and health notice

We try to describe every product accurately, including photos, sizes and contents. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Our products are consumer goods and dietary supplements; nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a supplement or using a health device, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Dietary supplements: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

9. Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. Text, images and design on this site belong to Price Right Products Corp or its licensors.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

Products carry any warranty provided by their manufacturer. Apart from that and from rights you have under law that cannot be waived, products are sold as described on this site. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
