Shipping costs

The shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay. We do not add handling fees.
Processing time
We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern on a business day start processing the next business day.
Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays can add time.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund. Damaged or wrong items can be reported up to 30 days from the day you receive them; see our Return policy.
Changing your address
Email or call us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the order ships.
